I'm a little confused on my total cals for the day. One post I read said 10xbodyweight another said 15xbw - 500?
For me that would either be 2550 or 3325. wtf? Big difference there. And then I see daily carbs at 50g per day and then also 5% of total cals per day?
ANy input would be appreciated.

5% works after you've been on for awhile , under 20g for induction 1st 2 weeks , under 30g assuming you have plenty of veggies ( the right veggies ) thereafter ..
15gxBW is a good starting point with fats being at 70% - after that lowerjust lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *
