Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Pull
Friday-Upper Body
Saturday-Rowing
Sunday-Rest
*on water rowing*
I am a 6ft 80kg 16 year old, currently having around 2150 calories a day
Macros are about
-188g Protein
-215g Carbs
-60g Fat
I'm looking to drop body fat %. But is my caloric intake too small?
