SOOOOOO for starters, thank you thank you thank you to the bringer of the spice and one of my newly made friends, the great Elliptical Envy, the most jacked 47 year old I have ever seen NJMuscle66, and of course, Scivation (Even you Mccuddles), for setting me up with 270 fuarking servings of xtend as you can see above!!! I also would like to give a big thanks to PES for setting me up with the anabeta and alphamine and the other various supps making this a srs srs srs gtfih quality cut stack!!!! So anyways, besides the obvious that I will be logging my cut there is a few side things that need to be said. This is not just any cut log, unlike my past forever cutting diets, I did them on my own and completely half assed them (at least I was consistent) and while I did have good result, I ended up making terrible progress after due to burning out and being lazy which lead me into the fat buffet pillsbury dough boy mess that I look like now. My avi was actually when I was actually being consistent but I will surpass that no doubt as I keep going with this. That being said, that is why I decided what better way to get into shape again but also the best shape of my life than to get help from the thick solid tight shredded as phuck IFPA and NGA NATTY Pro, who also used to be sponsored by Scivation, Paul Revelia/Fitallpaul.
Another thing to note is that the other purpose of this is to log the effect of mega dosing aminos. This will involve following the protocol that Layne Norton recommends (info on the link below) and has studied extensively. This involves having aminos in between my meals (which are eaten anywhere from 4-6 hours apart) and also having them around my workouts. I train fasted so I for sure will be taking them pre and intra. While I do not expect the results to be of the past Scivation xtend study of years ago, I do expect a few benefits from it the main being recovery and hopefully as minimal muscle loss as I can get. I have taken aminos for a long time now but have never really done it like this so will be interesting to see how it goes =). Anyways, thanks again for everyone contributed to this and also thank you to those who join in, and I hope to end the log with a bang and to look better than ever. Now into some brief background info on training and what not!

DIET
So this is of course subject to change, but atm I eat as I said above, around every 4-6 hours anywhere from 3-5 meals a day depending on what time I wake up in the am. Of course if I wake up earlier then I get more meals in, if I wake up later then its less. Aminos again are done in between meals right at the half way mark. In terms of food choice it is pretty much whatever I want but of course I do eat "clean" for the most part and really my only junk food calories and what not come from my no fat ice cream that I add to shakes. Regardless my macros at the time being are,
WORKOUT DAYS
Protein- 225 grams
Carbs- 230 grams
Fats- 63 grams
OFF DAYS
Protein- 245 grams
Carbs- 205 grams
Fats- 48 grams
WORKOUTS
So as I said also earlier, I workout fasted which is right after I wake up. I really don't have a set plan but I do know ahead of time what body part I am working. Since I cannot do legs (long story and tired of telling it ill tell it later lol) I get everything in 3 times a week and I do push/pull/off repeat. For cardio, I do 2 days of HIIT sprints and one low intensity day. I also get cardio from Jiu Jitsu (when I actually go which has been a problem for me recently as much as I hate missing) which depending on how rough the session was will determine if I count that as a HIIT day and sometimes I do sometimes I do not.
SUPPLEMENTS
Although you can see what I will be taking in the pic, I figured I may as well go ahead and describe dosage and what not.
1) Xtend- Aminos. In between meals. Pre workout, Intra, sometimes post workout. Also occasionally before bed.
2) Alphamine- Fat burner. Pre workout and Post workout with bronkaid/primatene each time. 2 scoops each dose.
3) Anabeta- Test booster/"Muscle enhancer". Pre workout for first dosage, and with meals the rest of the time for a total of 6 pills a day.
4) Burn 24- GDA/fat burner. 20-30 minutes before my meals for a total of 6 pills a day. Refeed days I will be doubling one dose to make a total of 8 pills
5) Clearshot Concentrate- Stim. Depending on how I feel am determines if I add this for an extra kick
6) Alpha T2- Fat burner. Sometimes I do not feel like drinking Alphamine or sometimes I can't take it with me so I just do Alpha T2 as the replacement
7) Agmatine- GDA/Pumps. If I have a pre workout meal which I do sometimes if I workout late, I take it pre workout aside from that I take with meals 1-2g
8) Dopadex- Lowers prolactin. I like it for sleep srs feels good
9) Forskolin 95- Fat burner. This I may take out because I do not know how much longer I can tolerate the bowel movements I get from it lol
10) GMS- Pumps. No purpose really besides that, just gives insane freakin pumps pre workout and I freakin love pumps.
11) Ergobolic- Fat burner/Sleep aid. Not shown in this pic but I will be getting some to add soon =).

o everyone who got in so far thanks a lot for coming in.
So I haven't been working out for like the past 5 days or so. I popped my shoulder doing db presses and it hurt like hell afterwards to the point to where I couldn't really move it after. Idk how it even happened, I normally get little kinks in my shoulders which I associate to playing tennis but this was a pop as I was going down on the press. So up until today it was been either hurting or really sore, today is the least amount of pain and I have full function in it so I will be lifting light tomorrow and will probably do a full body lift since I haven't worked out.Instagram: hyruliangoat_
