    Question I Need Help...fat Burners?

I dont know the best timing for taking fat burners. I've been suggested to take them upon waking and before w/o.
The fat burner suggests to take them 1/2 hr to 1hr b4 meals.
Upon waking I consume a whey to cease the overnight catabolism. Would consuming the fat burner at the same time be O.K.?
I've also been suggested to eat a meal an hr b4 w/o and a whey 1/2hr b4 w/o, which is what I do. What time is the best time to consume the second dose of fat burner?
I really am having an issue with this, so I would really appreciate all comments and suggestions.

It depends on the specific product. Most have timing / instructions on the label.

well the label says b4 meals and/or b4 w/o. If I take it b4 w/o, then that would be an hr after a meal. is that OK?
