Ready to lift mykids 24/7
Here I go again...
I am not going to get into the same old back story many of us share.
My current reality is that I am in my early 40's, 5'7" tall and tipping the scales at about 225lbs at approximately 35% body fat.
I need to change if I want to be around to support my kids as they transition into adults over the next decade or so.
Keeping one of these logs helped in the past, so here I go again.
Support, advice, criticism and most importantly accountability from members of this community are appreciated.
I am looking forward to sharing what I hope to be a successful journey.
Goal weight: sub 185lbs to start
Goal bf% : around 20%
Goal Deadline November 15, 2024

This mornings weigh in showed the scale reading 223.7lbs. Down almost 3lbs since Monday. I know it's just water weight, but it's still nice to see.
This weekends plan is to clean up the basement a bit and set up a space to work out. If all goes well I will post starting pics and my first workout on Sunday.
