I'm a 17 year old guy thats been training since late May. I've had a ton of difficulty putting on weight, right now I'm 6'5 170. I started out overtraining a lot for the first month or two, but now everything's cool. Anyways, my I just started doing deadlifts about a week ago and I love them. So far I can do 135 lbs. 10 times. Is that good for a beginner? Also, does anyone have any good exercises that can really effect how much i deadlift? Thanks for reading this.
