I workout 5 times a week and each session is 45-55 minutes sepending on the bodypart being worked.
Ok who spends more than 15 hours a week lifting whoever voted for that must be joking unless they're cutting and doing a ****load of cardio.

it usually ends up taking me 40 minutes to 1 hour per workout but i try to keep it under an hour
