Hi this is my first post but I have been browsing on this site for several weeks now. I must say I have picked up a lot of good information already.
This is a bulking diet I have put together and would like some opinions on it. A little about myself I am 28, 6' 4", 191 pounds ectomorph with about 20% bodyfat. I think that I am an ectomorph that has some mesomorph also, my matabolism is slowing down and I can't loose weight as fast as I use to.
Here is my diet any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
1st meal 7:00
egg/cheese omelette:
6 egg whites (large)
2 slices of medium-fat cheese
8 oz. skim milk
2nd meal 10:00
4 scoops EAS protien mix
8 oz. water
3rd meal 1:00
4 oz. of turkey meat
2 slices whole weat bread
1 can lite tuna
1 cup green beans
4th meal 4:00 Pre-workout
6 oz. cottage cheese (non-fat)
1/2 cup Uncle Bens Brown rice
5th meal 7:00 Post workout
6 oz. oatmeal
2 scoops EAS protien mix
8 oz of water
8 oz. OJ
Creatine
6th meal 10:00
4 oz. ground beef
1 slice of cheese
6 egg whites (large)
6 oz. cottage cheese (non-fat)
Total: Protien 282 Carbs 285 Fat 60 Cal. 3067

eat the turkey at night that **** makes me sleepy as hell.....
