I have some slight pain in my left elbow. It usually hurts when I lift about 30 pounds or more. I've read several articles about fish oil or krill oil for joint pain, but which one do YOU prefer? I have the Now Foods neptune krill oil, and some nature's bounty fish oil. Which of the two would you prefer?

Fish Oil for SLIGHT joint pain?
"Lift light, until you can lift right!" Leave your ego out of it!
Don't compare yourself to others. You're your own person.
Lift, eat, then sleep. Rinse & Repeat.

i have found fish oil to help greatly with minor joint pain,i used it for years and it did wonders not to mention all its other benefits.there are lots of good joint supps that will help if that doesnt tho, cissus being one that is very common and has helped me greatly with my joints.sns cissus xt is a good option, but dont stop the fish oils even with the joint suppp.

Fish oil helps a ton with joint pain In my personal experience. Controlled labs makes a really good fish oil. If the pain is in your elbow you might have tennis elbow. Is the pain in the joint or feel like its in the bone?
I stack a joint sup and fish oil. I ran out of fish oil and haven't had the money to get any for about two weeks now. I am deff feeling the pain. I feel achy like I am old after my workouts lol.

I think ~3g EPA/DHA would be a good start, I believe higher doses of those will ease joint discomfort, whereas 2-3g is recommended for health benefits. Cissus would be the next option, but it's a tad more expensive. I'm on it and have noticed a decent difference in my joints, RC's seem a bit looser than they typically are.

I suggest getting Joint Help asap. It reduces inflammation, provides instant and long lasting pain relief, and is quite literally the most effective joint support formula on the market.

I've never felt a difference in my joints by taking fish oil but that's likely because my diet is not deficient in it.
It really depends on what is causing your pain, you should try to figure that out. You may have an injury.

It's definitely a good idea and that would prevent it from getting any worse. Lots of times issues like this are caused by overuse or a muscular imbalance. Getting to the root cause and correcting it is the best course of action. That should be done before looking into supplements.
