I have had so many bad experiences with doctors that I hesitate seeing one.
I injured my triceps lifting dumbbells'. It really only hurts when I lift my elbow to the side. I also have pain on my bicep.
I am not sure if I am sore or injured. Has anyone experienced something like this and have it go away by itself.

Impossible to diagnose without examination even if I was a doctor (and I am most certainly not a doc, I'm just a random internet weirdo)
Depending on what it is, I'd be more or less cautious about healing rest etc. One common ish injury that might (or might not!) be your complaint is a strain in the group of muscles that braces the shoulder called the rotator cuff.
Checkout some stuff on YouTube to see if the description of that injury seems plausible to be your issue and if it seems that way lookup how to heal and rehab
Get well soon!

All of us have had pain or injuries from weightlifting and/or sports over our lifetime. Most don't require a doctor's visit, but they do require some level of body self-awareness and understanding of your own joints/tendons/muscles if you want to understand the exact injury/risks.
If you've never experienced pain before due to lack of physical activity and are concerned, you should see a doctor. No one here can self-diagnose this except for you.
That being said, injuries and pain are usually your body's way of telling you that you need to make a change in your programming.

Not a doctor but pain while lifting arm to the side (lateral raise) "usually" comes from tennis elbow. I highly suggest youtubing tennis elbow recovery techniques (soft tissue work, stretching of the bicep, tricep, forearm muscles, pecs and shoulders as well as strengthening the wrists and forearms).

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

I watched ER back in the day. Sounds like a tumor.
