Hey all,
Quick intro: been going to the gym for about a year, 6 weeks ago started a proper program (Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size) and loving it! Still loads of progress to make, but starting to see the change.
In a month we're going on holiday to Scandinavia for 4 weeks which will be awesome. However, it cuts into the end of my program and I don't want to lose any of my gains.
Going to see if I can organise access to gyms while away but more than likely it will just be workouts with no equipment plus loads of cardio (we tend to walk everywhere).
I read through the 'Holiday Travel Ahead? Try These 3 Travel Friendly, No Gym Workouts' article which is good, but wondered if anyone had any other ideas they'd like to share.
Also not sure about taking my protein powder away - its super bulky and we have a lot of travel
Any tips or suggestions on workouts, nutrition or even local information are welcome! Thanks in advance.
