Welcome all
Time has come for me to run my own training journal. Was running one with Hicktown but because he could no longer post I figured it was time to get my own up. Since I am a musclepharm rep I will be running mostly MP supps but I will be adding others as well.
Little about me
Been training since 2009 after an injury at work and being 40 lbs over weight decided it was time . Am currently in the best shape I have been and it just keeps getting better.
This journal will be full of lots of volume and some great training music as well. feel free to post any questions you mave have as well.

tried a sample pack of Blox SAA watermelon flavor can safely say I am not a fan. taste was horrible
