    16 years old, been lifting for only 3 months. how do I look so far?

    I only have one pic now, doesnt really show the most detail but its something.

    I cant because i didnt have a camera back then. I have been dieting for like 8 months though and have lost 25lbs.

    dude u look fine. you're only 5'8" so at 145 you're lean but not skinny. You can put on a few pounds but don't go bulk crazy.
