Hey is this a good daily diet to gain some muscle and gain a little weight the weight?(edited)
Meal (1)6:00-6:30 AM~
Whey protein, Egg Whites or cerial, Bread, Apples or other fruits
Meal (2)12:00-12:30 PM~
Ham sandwhich or 1 pizza slice, Milk and Power aid or tea, some fries
Meal (3)3:15-3:45 PM~
Ham sandwich, water or whey, fruits
Meal (4)6:00-6:30~
Chickon or ham sandwhich, water, some vegies
Meal (5)9:30-10:00~
Penut butter sandwhich, milk or whey
Total Cal., Protien, Carbs., Fats~
Cal.-(2600-2800) Protien(180g.) Carbs.(200-230g.) Fats(50g.)
Note~ Before I used to eat whenever and eat whatever lots of junk, now Im going to be doing the diet I posted above for more healthier foods and lots of protein.

How much calories/protein/carb/fat is all those listed?
Try using www.Fitday.com to chart out your macronutrition.

food plan good..good macros man BUT ur eating 2800cals to maintain weight rememeber that..ur not gonna gain muscle..ur not gonna lose fat ur gonna maintain ur weight
go into a cal deflict to lose fat

dude there's no way ull gain on 2800cals...im 136lbs and gain like 1lb a week on 2700cals i aim for 3k
general rule of thumb is 20x bodyweight to gain
so say 187x20=3740cals a day to gain..
