How to look as big and full as possible?

What if I wanted to prioritise fullness over leanness and shreads?
I know on peak week: typical strategy is to remove all carbs 7 days out, lots of water and then on the day before show: reduce water and carb up.
But if I wanted to look full and am happy with lean rather than shredded, how would I go about that? Keep th water intake high?
