Heavy deadlifts and a calorie deficit.

You can't target "belly fat" with exercises, it's a myth.

I can not post links still, but go and search for exercise database ob BB.com

Try the Landmine 180's or as I like to call it Russian Twist. That made my obliques burn so hard

Toe touches, leg raises and planks are what I do. 20 reps of the first two and 30 second plank x4.

I can see my abs in a certain light, still need to drop that extra few % body fat though. Only cardio will make your abs show.

I do hanging leg raises. I used to do weighted side lifts but then I started growing obliques and I didn't like the way it looked.

my theory is to do weighted ab exercise (cabled rope crunch, weighted sit up, leg raises with DB btwn feet) to get them more defined, but if you arent dieting hard to cut weight then you are wasting your time.

Like others have said, diet will make your abs visible. In terms of exercises, I like weighted decline situps and leg raises.
