I'm looking for a program that is dedicated to building long, lean, dense muscle and minimizes bubble muscles.
Sounds silly, but anyone got any?

Don't eat over maintenance levels. That's it. Bulking and building big muscles has a lot to do with diet, if you aren't eating to caloric excess, you aren't going to get big. Workout with whatever program suits your needs/experience/goals.
