    Hello!

    Hey, I’m new here and trying to take bodybuilding a bit more serious since I’m lifting with my 15yo daughter now.

    I’ve been bodybuilding casually for 25 years and hoping to learn a lot here. I can’t find any good forums, so if anyone knows a better place let me know. I was hesitant to post here after seeing its mostly unmoderated spam posts.
