I LOVE my peanut butter, almonds, and avocados. I eat at least a serving (or two) of each every day which can sometimes top my daily total fat intake out around 70-90g. Last weigh in I was around 117 and I'm assuming I sit anywhere from a 12%-14%BF range.
My calorie range is anywhere from 1600-1900 a day.
Is this too much fat? Or am I ok?

No.
I'm guessing your good macros are the reason you are in the 12-14% bodyfat range. For a woman this is spectacular and extraordinarily low for most. Keep everything the sameKARMA; reps for life:

Not on the list? Don't worry! There's still plenty of chances to achieve good karma.

That ratio is a little high ut your personal BF% is low and the fats you are eating are very heathy ones, so I would say you are fine. If you like what you're eating and your body with what you are eating and the food is healthy food, I'd keep doing what you're doing.

So your fat intake is roughly 35-40% total intake. I like it, especially your choices of fat, very healthy and very beneficial. Is the 70-90g per day spaced evenly with each meal? IMO, that would be most optimal. 10-15g fat per meal over 5-6 meals will really help balance insulin response, reducing risks of BF storage.
