To keep muscles while cutting requires a good routine and a solid diet, whey won't matter much since it's only primarily used pre and post workout.

I've been taking 40mgs of whey ( GNC brand ) post workout. About 3 to 4 times a week. I have noticed increased strength, mucle mass, and lost about 20 pounds since starting whey ( 1.5 months or so ).
I swallow helium when I step on the scales.

Started at around 400, got to 225, then back to 287, now back at 252.3.
    9/10/08 = 226.2lbs
