Just to quickly introduce, im 26 y/o and currently 7 weeks out from my first competition IFBB classic bodybuilding. I don't know my weight category yet but it will be newbies and i plan to weight around 191lbs.
Had a few questions and thought maybe someone could give pointers.
1) I am on strict 900g chicken, 150g rice and 6 whole eggs and 7 yolks per day diet. No cheats since 1st of June. Feeling fine, not going crazy over cravings yet, i guess my coach will cut my carbs soon, then the real prep will begin. My question is, what about cheat meals? My coach doesn't allow them, is this the right approach?
2) Where can i find information on proper posing and especially transitions between poses?

Attaching a pic of myself taken 1 day ago. I am 2 weeks out from my last (hopefully) competition this season.
Already had 2 competitions this corona season and currently on my 3rd prep in a row. Managed to place 2nd in nationals (placed 6th same time last year in nationals).
In case anyone reads this - any comments on my physique? What should i improve (not that i don't know but just want other opinions)?
