Hey Guys,
I have been lifting for a couple years now and I've always cared about my diet. I'm 18. I go to school all day and then I have hockey practices and a "study hall" period from 8 to 10 PM. I workout at 5:45 AM.
Could I just get a couple reviews on my diet? Is my carb intake OK in the morning, following the workout? And is my night-time diet OK?
Here is my plan:
Pre-Workout- 5:35 AM
- Protein Shake, 2 scoops
- Cup of Oatmeal
- Glutamine
Post-Workout – 7:15 AM
- Protein Shake, 1 scoop
- Egg Whites
- Cup of Blueberries
- Banana
- Cup of Oatmeal
- 15-20 Almonds
- Glutamine
Mid-Morning Snack – 10 AM
- Protein Shake
- 10-15 Almonds
Lunch- 12PM
- Whatever meat is served… (Chicken or Tuna)
- Pasta
Pre-Hockey-Practice- 3PM
- 1 Apple
- Protein Bar
Post-Practice, Dinner- 5:30 PM
- Meat
- Vegetables
Night Snack-8PM
- Granola Bar
- 10 Almonds
Bed-time-11PM
- Casein Shake
