    Zercher Squats

    First time doing these, and wont be the last. I need to work more on depth but I really enjoyed these as the blast my core to hell.

    i know im probably gonna get a bunch of **** for this,

    i have never done zercher squats, but if it so to work the core, is it really that important to get parallel?
