Thanks Kevin!
I was very happy because I remember failing after 1-2 reps a few weeks ago.
I don't mind being used! I know you'll get back to it when it's time.
Thanks Hoos! Flattery gets you everywhere.
Hiya Penney! Today is treating me well!
I have a new morning ritual where I decide to have a good day regardless of what happens.

Cardio: HIIT/LI
10 min warm up
15 min HIIT
20 min dog walk
The first few intervals were too easy so I increased the speed to 8.0. I cannot let my body adapt.
The weather was great this morning while walking the doggie.
Happy Wednesday all!Genshai

HHD too!
Getting my mind in the right place is key to getting the rest of me there.

I needed to 'make up' 5 mins of missed cardio so I walked up to the diner for a grilled chicken salad. The walk has a little incline and it took me about 7 mins round trip, but who's counting.Genshai

Hello there Tiffany! Nice job increasing the speed rather than just taking it easy. Pedal, say hello to metal.

Way to go Tiffany, it may have only been 7 mins. but, you did it. Most people would have let it go, not you and that is why you are going places with your training.

Good morning and happy Friday!
I think the sun zapped me yesterday because I was pretty drained this morning. I slept in until 4:15 and did fasted cardio. Glutes are nice and sore from the walking lunges.
I will get in an upper body workout after work.
Have a fantastic Friday...TGIFX100.Genshai

Nice cardio Tiff! hahaha, this week was "cardio-foiling" week for me ... Rick and I had to go somewhere on my first cardio day, my daughter graduated from MA school last night, and I am free Saturday -- and class is closed!
I have been doing alot of cardio, though, and probably needed a little break from it
