incline chest press, after i=my set i throw the weight on the ground and usually smash my balls(balls sag onto the ground and around my leg a couple times)

Well OP, you are in luck, because you can't still push your testicles back into your body cavity. I know it seems scary, but it's perfectly safe. Just grab your testicles and apply gentle upward pressure, until you feel them pop up in there. don't worry, to get them out all you have to do is get in a wide squat position and sort of shake your body until they descend down again.
My go-to technique is to pop them in, mash my dick all up in itself as well, then seal off the entire area with tape so nothing accidentally pops out.Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Low hangers are a pain!
Wrestler here with fat low hangers. The team-mates call me "bull nuts, " hA!
I know the pain - trust me. Wear a jock and a compression short to keep the huevos from flopping around or getting stuck to the legs. It took me a while to learn and it was painful (very!) to always get hit on them while wrestling. I had a testicular torsion once and the doc told me my nuts were too big and loose, and i needed better support for my testes. Avoid hot showers, especially hot tubs!
