Bran/or TER he had young hodor go into old hodor with the order to hold the door. Young Hodor's mind dies in old Hodor's body. That fries your brain 100% of the time.

Hasn't been mentioned previously no, the show just makes no effort (due to time constraints) to provide backstory for much of anything.
Not a spoiler as it has no effect on the show/plot, just a bit of relatively unimportant detail the show didn't mention.

My biggest question watching that scene unfold, was why on earth the 4-6 Children of the Forest didn't also pick up spears, and just kill the "Four Horsemen" WW that walked into the cave. Boom, no more WW, no more Night's King, no more wights

Littlefinger told her that her uncle had retaken river run, however she told john that she overheard the news from a Raven that was sent to Ramsay.

Also does anyone know what Bran is doing in that tree or what that whole subplot is about? Or is it suppose to be a mystery? So far all I've got from it is that Bran can go inside human/animal minds and control them, those kid things created the white walkers, and somehow this tree and the old man and Bran have some kind of connection.
