My communte to work is 25-30 minutes. My shortest commute in about 12 years. I'm use to 1 hour commutes.

Whey doesn't mix well in hot water. I don't know how Hosum does it. What I do is I pre mix the whey then dump hot coffee in it and that went well.

x2. do what Evo says, dissolve it in an ounce of cold water, then pour the sludge into the coffee. That's the trick in Asian cooking, when we use tapioca starch or rice flour, we dissolve it in cold water first before putting it in the wok.

Was at gym and benched 315 x 2. Guy spotting was inspired and he did 315 x 4 but outweighted me by 30 pounds. He was a cool cat though. Lot's of spaghetti arm in this gym so I fit right in.


A few hut chicks and one chick was hut but had crazy eye liner so not sure if really hut. Sorry no pics

Never was sold on Cutler, even in Denver. Plus he's whiny. He had a good half season this year, but no guarantee he would have kept it up even if he was healthy. The O line is so-so, but just like all other O lines, they only block for you for so long. The Bears really need to get some top tier receivers. The ones they got now can never get separation, and the pocket collapses long before Cutler can get rid of the ball. Better receivers=less time needed for protection.

I watched Lin play summer league last year. He can ball. Was the Knicks leading scorer tonight. The only thing I don't like about him is I think he'll be easily corrupted. I watched last night's interview. 2 years ago, he talked real proper, you could tell he was a Harvard grad. Last night, the guy talked like a thug, reminded me of those mix tape ballers.

J Huh is Korean and German, except it's flip flopped. His dad is Korean, mom is German.

She had light brown eyes. Only thing that turned me off is that she had a small tat on her wrist. She was cool though, turns out that she eats at all the same places I eat. Guess secret rendevous are out, lol.

Lol yeah but the amount of offsides/penalties the oline received was so stupid. They are suppose to be professional players yet they get penalty for not knowing the snap count.

And as for being a bears fan I kind of band wagon on to them. Never knew about football until freshmen year of high school. Sophomore year I joined the HS football team. Sometime later, I forgot when I started watching NFL to try and learn to become a better player and ended up following the Bears and found out they last time they won the Superbowl was right around when my HS team was CIF champion (California league thing) and that same year my team was doing better (use to go 0-10 1-9 0-10, think the school had like 48 game losing streak) and possibly could have made playoffs in a long time but we didn't. Welp ever since then been a bears fan, just started following sports this year really though like watching every games like I do the Lakers.

Damn typing that reminded me of how much regret I had when I played HS football. I was so weak and was always scared to get hit when I went out to run and help block for my teammates that I'd get clipped from behind LOL.
