Met Connor Lutz at Western's and added him on FB. Fast forward, I signed on as his client for him to build my peak and manage my training til Nationals. He will be lifting in the same session as me, so that's cool too. This is my first experience with a coach, so I am excited.

Unrelated, Wahlander makes an EXCELLENT belt. I love mine already.

Elbow sleeves are a gawdsend. No pain. They add a cool band-like training effect to chinups too lol.

Don't know if you've done a meet Procilla runs but the first one I did was very smooth. I was glad she was doing this one.

At least if you go and you're in my weight class you'll beat someone......
