Actually some good shows on TV if you get away from most of the usual basic network stuff, but still trying to get caught up (about 4 shows behind, finally wrapped up Game of Thrones on Saturday)

I only watch sports on TV now.

Yeah, I just have cable for my kids (Nick Jr, Disney, etc...). All my shows actually I have on my server (either record direct to my PC, buy the discs, or get from "other" sources") end up watching much later on when I can actually find some free time. I can't ever go back to watching shows with commercials...

Just from a cold bro. I got flat-out sick last Friday and am still a little bit now, though I'm on the upswing Also tweaked my left knee - possibly from rack squats last Thursday - so I had to cut short TM VD yesterday.

I gotcha. I thought it was most likely a cold or something along those lines since you said your endurance was down. Keep an eye on it. If you feel like you aren't recovering well enough or if this cold moves to your chest then you might need to consider a good deload. I'm sure you know that though.

Me too, but the last two times (including this one) my strength, although down slightly, has held up well.
