So are you going to be doing more flat benching in your new log?
Just from a cold bro. I got flat-out sick last Friday and am still a little bit now, though I'm on the upswing Also tweaked my left knee - possibly from rack squats last Thursday - so I had to cut short TM VD yesterday.## chillin at home crew

I gotcha. I thought it was most likely a cold or something along those lines since you said your endurance was down. Keep an eye on it. If you feel like you aren't recovering well enough or if this cold moves to your chest then you might need to consider a good deload. I'm sure you know that though.
Glad it's nothing seriousS/B/D: 485/305/500 lbs

Feeling better day by day. We'll see how it goes in the gym in a few hours
Hey Juggz! No, not max efforts on the doubles. I've kept some strength so far
Thanks guys. I'm looking for further improvement today.
LOL I'm going to do some light squatting today and see how the knee feels. Last time, I felt something on just 135
By the way, no one mentioned the picture I had on my writeup yesterday
I'll rep the first person who guesses correctly who that is, although most (if not all) of you guys are on spread with me## chillin at home crew

Nice benching despite recovering from the cold Ken. It always feels like it takes so much longer for my strength to recover after a cold, much longer than I actually feel the effects of the cold.
