Not meals, but rather random foods apart of meals.

If you ever see these, I would say pick them up. I had the PB Creme the other day. It was perfect. The thin mint needed a little more mint flavor.



Part of today's post workout meal. Chocolate filled Krave. I actually like them despite not being the biggest chocolate fan. The chocolate isn't overwhelming. The one thing I dislike about them is they absorb milk like paper towels. My first time having them, I found that out the hard way, having overly soft cereal. Yes, I know Krave is not new and exciting, but I hae never had it up to a few weeks ago.

erik - why not check out some of your grocery stores (some high end stores like nugget/sprouts/etc have cooking classes) and community services. I actually drove to San Fran for a bread making class with some professionals, absolutely learned a ton with how to make bread, different types of bread the chemistry behind it, got to make, cook and even EAT the bread to... only cost me and the wifey 60$ each for a full day course was well worth it.

I don’t know what it is about Ice & Vice, but I am obsessed with the texture of their bases. This is no different. It is so milky and creamy.
The smooth texture is caramel in color and tastes like a high quality grade of milk, but with a slight bit of toasted flavor to it. Imagine a fresh/sweet cream type of flavor, but slightly toasted.

The sea salt is present, but not that strong. The pint is still mainly sweet over salty, but in combination with the toasted base, it works great. It isn’t in the upper echelon in terms of sweet and salty ice creams, but it gives just enough to keep you digging for more.

My favorite part of the pint was the chocolate ganache. It comes as thick chunks in some parts of the pint, and more swirl/sauce like in other parts. The ganache has a rich, brownie-like chocolate flavor to it. The sea salt actually pairs better with the chocolate ganache than the base. Maybe it is due to the chocolate being sweeter, but the sea salt combined with the ganache provides a salted chocolate flavor that is incredibly good.

Overall, I liked this pint a lot. I still think the slight edge goes to 9AM so far, but this is easily a close second. The toasted milk base is creamy and very unique. The chocolate ganache is thick and rich in flavor. The sea salt and ganache mixture is the perfect one-two punch that gives Milk Money a salted chocolate taste, ultimately leading to a pretty fine sweet and salty combination. This is a pint that is worth a scoop next time you are considering an Ice & Vice order. B+

Tasty Post-WorkOut meal today of an 8 oz ground sirloin/sharp cheddar cheeseburger, a salad, and some excellent corn on the cob. As always, a glass of milk accompanied the feast.
