Solid showing, man. You just keep on improving each time. Agree with the tan comment. First stage pic looked alright, but the second was kinda washed out. As I recall you were going to go pretty heavy on the DT#2?
That's pretty awesome that you and your sister have each other to lean on when it gets to the nitty gritty of the diet.

Great job yesterday. I was impressed with your stage pressence, posing and structure. You have a very bright future in this sport if you continue handling yourself the way you are now. I look forward to seeing what you bring to the stage next time. Both open classes were packed with some solid bodybuilders.

start of my routine at night show
I added another layer of DT2 before the night show, and what a difference it made with my legs. WOW
definitely going to use some type of base coats next time to get a darker/more even final product.Visit My Current Log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144888731

Thanks Paul, like I said in your log, was a pleasure meeting you.
I also appreciate the kind words, nothing like getting complimented by someone who inspires you.

So where to go from here?
This contest has done wonders for my motivation. My motivation as a bodybuilder, to reverse, to stay in decent shape during offseason, to continue hitting the gym hard etc.
That being said, todays macros are ~45/202/200
before I was hitting 40g fats + 3fish oil pills that I didnt count. I am going to start counting them into my daily intake and upping them to 5pills/day which is why my fats are currently at 45g
Abs are still visible! lol it is a weird feeling, this also motivates me. after my last competitions my abs were gone the next day.
Training... off day from the weights but was feeling good so I did 10 hill sprints in sugar sand. Total time was 16min which included a 1-2min jog warm up/cool down.
the sand was much easier on my joints and was a nice change.
I'm not sure where to go from here... Like I said, I want to start 5/3/1 starting in June. I'll probly make another offseason log in this same section as I want to continue to watch my fellow m8s get shredded. People tend to stick to posting where their own log is.Visit My Current Log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144888731

WOW
Morning weight: 165.5lbs This is ~2lbs lower than my prep low!?!
- 3-4k cals show day
- 2k cals sunday (which is about my 3wks out setup)
- Monday weigh in 2lbs less than I did my entire prep
the body really is a crazy machine! Was bummed at first because this mean I could have been a lot leaner (which was obv) but realized this is a great thing because it is setting me up perfectly for a nice reverse!Visit My Current Log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144888731
