I've been at the gym, just been a bit tough to get on the PC lately, as I'm on a 3 day Sharepoint seminar for our school board. I'll get video up as soon as I can.
Also, been following Neila Rey's From Walking to Running dealie that I posted earlier (because I was a good boyfriend and got the 'mill put together this weekend), and Isa and I are on day 3 tonight.

Thanks man. I've had so many do-overs that at this point I know it'll all come back. Just have to be careful.
I'm grateful that I'm still able to lift, and that I wasn't more seriously injured.

Used a suicide grip for these after the second set. I need to figure out what the eff is wrong with my form that keeps messing up my left arm like it does.

Have my deadlift video sitting on my camera at home, and will get it uploaded ASAP.
NOTES:
- I felt really good going into this session, and decided to time myself and keep 1 minute rest periods. I was out within 40 minutes, I think, but didn't do any stretching.
- Got to remember to warm up with some rolling/dynamic stretching, and cool down with static stretching.
- I'd like to work front squats and something for my lower back into this 5x5 ... any ideas?

Bump for vid.
Raw footage of my 155 x 1 x 5 deadlift. Nothing fancy... I tried using a modified stance (where my feet were just outside shoulder width apart) to see if I can't keep my back straight.
I know that I'm lifting my hips a bit before each subsequent pull, but that's mostly because I was setting up and not pulling 5 singles LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I'll correct that for next lower day.

Schedule has been hectic, have been running more than hitting the gym, but we're trucking along... I'm trying to get back into the whole deal of hitting up the gym and posting, but sometimes life just gets in the way. I'll get back on a normal schedule soon, I hope!

- I really dislike it when people come in during the middle of my workout and don't shut up for the ENTIRE TIME THAT I'M THERE. This dude and his female friend set up in the rack beside mine and just gabbed away for the entire 35 minutes that I was doing squats/bench/rows. It was really disconcerting, but at the same time I didn't want to say anything because I was in my zone, really. I have to invest in a new SD card for my phone, load it up with music, get an armband, and just lose myself in my tunes.

So annoying, I totally relate.
I think I'm going to have a bit of loose change this next paycheck, so I'll be investing in a few different things... Namely a sports armband and a new micro SD card for my phone.

- I'm going to talk to the front desk to see if they'd have a problem with me bringing my bag into the area that I train in. It's got a camera pointed in there at all times, so I doubt it'll be a problem. If they're cool with it, I'll be bringing in a length of my ABS pipe roller to help with warming up.
- Need to spend time doing the accessories, else I'm not going to progress much.
