Well damn, that $20 ISO order was a 'price mistake' so Amazon cancelled it.

I would really advise you to up your fats to 70% or more (and lower protein a bit). It will make a world of difference in how you feel and function. Seriously, went on keto like that for 3-4 months last year with zero refeeds and had the best time as far as mood, lack of hunger (and cravings) and lifting goes. Didn't lose a step in regards to lifting either. I'm going back to it today as a matter of fact for the next two or three months and can't wait. Carbs can suck it crew.

I can't blood sugar issues. Need the protein to keep it stable. Borderline diabetic.
Not doing a contest, just cutting weight. Tired of counting cals like a fiend and being stalled with loss.
I'm over a week in, and progress has been great. I feel good. It sucks sometimes when family wants to say grab something to do. I get the weirdest looks when I say "no carbs". Last night they wanted Japanese so I got Chicken with broc****, and weighed out my rice at 20 grams. Kept me in ketosis since I had 0 carbs for the day
Edit: yea that's my percentage. Calories vary day to day depending on activity levelKrispy Kreme Krew Forever.

How much fruit do you guys eat a day? I've been having a banana and blueberries at breakfast, an apple at lunch, and a pear at dinner. I love fruit, but I'm starting to feel extremely bloated at the end of the day. I'm wondering if it's the amount of fruit I'm eating, so I'm gonna cut it down to just the banana and the handful of blueberries (in my oats) at breakfast. Think this would help? Probably replace the lost cals with peanuts since I do need to up my fats anyway.

If you don't like IF and one big meal per day, why do it?
Same. Pretty lame.
None . Sometimes I get the urge and throw some blueberries and strawberries in with breakfast with greek yogurt.
Noticed the bloating when you added in the fruits?PEScience Representative

I've actually had one piece of fruit at every meal since high school, but for the last few months or so I've just felt uncomfortably bloated after lunch, and then again after dinner. I've messed around with my carb intake to see if it helps, but the bloating remains.
Figured it can't hurt to reduce my fruit intake and see if that helps.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

Let me save you a few years of lesson learned. The shape you are trying to maintain is not maintainable. It is not healthy psychologically, nor physically. One goal for everyone that starts fitness should be to find peace and happiness in the way one looks. However, doing contest prep and becoming that lean, on top of media, sets insanely unrealistic goals and desires for us that we just cannot keep for the long term. At the end of the day, people around you will like being around you based off of your energy, personality, and all that good ch*t. When you try maintaining such a condition, all of those become negatively affected. I made it my goal, to stop caring, but not let myself go either. I'm the fattest I've been since I began lifting in 2013, which is 12-13% body fat!! And you know what? IDGAF! I maintained contest shape for a YEAR, and I'm MUCH MUCH happier this way. Everyone comments on how i look better, and look happier, what changed? Then I tell em.
The first step in getting over it, is convincing yourself its okay. You have the ability to return back to ultimate shreds ANYTIME and have the knowledge on how to do so.
When doing contest prep, YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO THINK AND DEAL RATIONALLY NOT EMOTIONALLY.

In all honesty, no. I haven't changed anything diet wise. A few months ago I did switch to pears instead of oranges, which would coincide with when my bloating started.
I did just have a large dinner with my family (chicken, broc****, potatoes, and a small cinnamon roll, no fruit). I feel fine right now. Might be a mental thing, I don't know.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

Thanks bro. I feel like I might be finally successful at cutting this last bit of weight.
I was super heavy (like close to 400lbs) but I'm down almost a 100 from that point (taken a couple years) but loss has stalled a bit, so I'm trying full on Keto to shed the last 40-50.
And my height and build, I should look pretty mean at 240Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.
