Please Knees dont explode....
Knee still kinda dicked from bmx crash.. gonna test it today, just chill day and up the weight as i go.. assuming i can squat bodyweight / the bar first.
made it to a comfortable 370x3... which I really cant complain, no pain, so thats a win. gonna probably deadlift as scheduled.

seems that i banged out an extra rep last week... so jumping to 310... one more step to go before real weights start again.
been taking bigger breaks during pull up ladders... gonna do em properly.. (after first 2 lazy sets).. so reps will be lower probably..
ok more is not better... less is more etc... last 3 sets were a good pump. barely any rest.

sticking to 210 next time, feelin the tri's .. rather than cardio or exhaustion fail.

my elbow gave out on 225 warm ups... was weird... gonna do 320 anyways cuz im stupid.
first 320 went up fine. .. also elbow hurt when i got up from sitting.. see how this works out.
