Had triple cheeseburger and scorcher peri peri burger + coke zero, first time trying both burgers, tastes good man. Scorcher Peri Peri was good as, crunchy chicken and lettuce + spicy mayo was hnggg, pretty hot too.



A lot of my cutting staples were on special at woolies, got FF chobani $1 off, the vitarium was 1/2 price and sf jelly was 3 for $

look i dont know what the F*CK! is going on but ayam lite sweet chilli is GONE from my immediate coles and woolworths.
i was ready to start a fkn riot then spent 20 mins in the sauce section finding something that comes close. walked out with woolworths peri peri.
not fkn impressed. stock up brahs the end might be near.
please...any other low cal sauce suggestions?

It's at all my stores in the city, so no need to go trying to cause widespread panic lol, just look harder

The Woolworths here has it with the other sweet chilli sauces whereas all the Coles here have it with the Asian products (coconut cream etc)

i am always finding it at my local coles. I just wipe the shelf clean of it and I am done. I have around 20 bottles stored at home from when they were on sale a few months ago. I can go without, 9 times out of 10, I do. But I like it on steamed veggies and chicken

Yep, ayam sweet chilli has been in short supply for the past month or so at my woolworths, only this past week did I see it on the shelves again. As for groceries per week, probably $80 a week give or take.

Have anyone of you guys tried Coon Cheese or Bega Cheese. If yes, which one is tastier?

I get the Beqa cheese, its the best cheese out of the bunch (macro wise) that I could find! its called so extra light tasty and is 50% less fat, and to be honest I cant taste the difference!

Ok,so is the Vitarium really that good? I use Sustagen as choc for the vitamins,but I want a good strawberry and banana that won't send my kids troppo.

Tastes pretty good, & there's no sugar to get them amped up. It's not cheap, but probably no more expensive than sustagen.

Food cost per week is difficult for me as I quite often just stock up.

I'd estimate around $100/week. (single, no kids)

Winning recipe that changs hoisin. I did 110g chicken, 50g primo picnic bacon, 150g mushroom, stalk of broccoli, 5 asparagus spears and a packet of slim pasta with 40ml of changs hoisin. 46P/32C/5F and took me about 40mins to eat. Good taste and volume 10/10
