I have heard nothing but good things about the tenacious, so I ordered one. 36 dollars shipped to my door for a nice full belly flat ground blade with true G10. Why not

Ordered it Friday maybe. Went through Amazon since its free shipped past 35. The blade is over three but illinois knife laws are quite unclear and open for interpretation on carrying knives

Lol yeah that's what I got coming. Luckily I have a kidney carry rig now so my front right pocket will be freed up. Ill eventually have my leek back from kershaw which is quite petite and light if need be

Spydercos are very sharp from the factory for me. Good luck with it. I did feel that the lock was a bit tough to operate. Probably needs some break in.

I have a sharp maker coming. Only ever sharpened the shops box cutter a few times on a stone. I have no clue what to expect but the tenacious will be my work beater and the one that will need sharpening regularly so I get to make mistakes on the cheapy and not cry

Well the package that came yesterday was in fact for me. My dad is the one who took it from the mail lady idk why he didnt look more closely at the name on it. Maybe its cause he is 68. Anywho



Nothing to sharpen unfortunately. Maybe a kitchen knife

My BK2 is nice and heavy.

I have a BK10 with black micarta scales. Wouldn't mind picking up a BK2.

I also have a BK9.. Thing is a hell of a chopper.

I have a planters wart about an inch from my pinky tow. The thing is ungodly painful. I used the treatment for a bit and managed to remove the thing. Whether or not it comes back again, we shall see. Mind you I already have removed one from the exact spot once before.

i have to admit. i worked for a construction company for 2 years and i carried an 8 dollar pos i got from autozone. didnt want to use an expensive knife around brackish water and ef it up.

the ZT i posted earlier actually fits nicely in jean pockets. i never wanted one and now that i have it i really like it.

Idk, I'm always selling and buying new stuff. Plus it sold for 2-3x what I paid for it so that helped.

I do this often. Buy "user" knife on forums, polish up blade and sharpen, take attractive pictures, re-sell for 20-40% more than what I paid.

Or, buy user, send in to manufacturer for repairs or "spa treatment" as the knife snobs say, re-sell as brand new (if replacement is new) or make 40%+ profit.

So much of how a knife will fetch on ebay is how it is presented and photographed. I am fortunate to have a high-end DSLR camera and beautiful lenses so I take snazzy pictures.

Yeah...as far as buying and reselling...many of the Spyderco's are dealer exclusives and sprint runs can easily be bought and resold for 100-200% profit. Mainly the popular models like the PM2, Militaries, and Manix 2s.

Tenacious is a great value. I broke the tip on mine and sold it to a friend. But i much prefer the liner lock in stead of the lock-back like on many other spydies.

Ninja this knife seems like a steal so far. I dont know much about knives, but here is my take. The blade is dead center when closed. Opened the lock has zero play. The grips are nice. Pretty dam sharp. They could definitely get more than the going price for this thing. Very strong buy, in my opinion
