So bigger guys should be judged less harshly on their conditioning because it's harder to get lean at their size. Naw it's ok, you're big. Your lack of conditioning is excusable. Straight championship mentality right there. "Good enough".

I will tell you the same, first read, then write and stop catching for 1 word or sentence, read the whole thing and get the idea, or maybe you got a eye problem ?
Last time, did you see this ? You need complete package You need to be good/superb Cond but for your Size !!!

And why we take less harshly on a guy, who have superb Cond, but its a smaller on size and f**** narrow ? And when the fu** you see i say you are big, you not have the right Cond you win simple as that. Where did i say that ? I say it clearly, you need complete package and to be superb Condition but for your Size, cause its normal a guy with 30-40-50LBS lighter to have better Cond then you and to get it easier.
Then we just take a 200LBS SUPER, DUPER MO**** Condition guy and lets give him the title, just because he is number 1 by Cond ....
And when Condition become more imporant then Size/Width ?

Hmm. This just doesn't seem right. I doubt Phil makes up for a difference in size THIS great solely through his "3D-illusion" when he is super lean.

I also imagine that it's practically impossible to grow so much while dieting for a show that he actually somewhat catches up in size.

It could be, and most likely is, a combination of both that makes Phil able to be #1 on show day. Still, that means Phil pretty much wins because of an almost-mystical illusion. I find it "mystical" because I doubt the differences in body fat levels between olympia competitors are very significant. Perhaps it comes down to fascia thickness and other less obvious variables that influence the level of detail a bodybuilder is able to obtain - and thereby to what extent they are able to make the illusion of looking bigger/leaner/more detailed than others, while not actually being so.

Remember Ramy looks like this next to Jay

Ramy has been on a pro stage 3 times. How many times did Heath and Kai compete in pro contests before they got to their #1 and #2 spots? He's incredible but thinking he will surpass either of these guys so quickly is very wishful thinking. I wouldn't bet on it this year but in time, who knows?

I agree, he's relatively new on the stage. Give me a few more years and he'll get there IMO.

Alright this is for all the Big Ramy fans out there. This will be the final pictures we post before the Olympia just to give you guys an update on his progress. 6 weeks out the big man is weighing in at 312lbs in the am after cardio on an empty stomach. His diet and his training is better than it has ever been cause being able to focus only on the show is exactly what he needed. He wants to thank all his fans, followers and friends for the awesome support, we won't let you down and that's a promise.

No one has ever looked like that at 312 pounds in history. He already looks fairly lean. Considering what we saw him able to do going into the NY Pro in two weeks, it is almost a certain bet we will see the most conditioned Ramy we have ever seen.

I still feel like that might be a package that can win the Olympia, if he comes in shredded enough. It will be a question of how lean can he get all that mass.
