yeah bill murray is amazing. some of the stories you hear about him in real life are awesome too I remember someone telling me how he just walked up to someones table and ate one of their fries and looked at them and said "no one's going to believe you" and walked away lol

yeah he hit 640ish and missed on 672 I believe

yeah my tight fit went on easier than my rehbands so I sent them back for one size smaller. I have to fight them a little and they are definitely tight but nothing close to what izzy is describing

Am I the only one who absolutely hates when youtube and other websites update themselves? The new(est) youtube layout is awful.

Just saw a vid on Russian ******** of it taking 4-5 guys to get knee sleeves off a raw competitor. Two held onto the guy, two or three grabbed the sleeves.

It does note that if your calf measurement is considerably larger than your knee measurement you're supposed to go with the calf measurement.

Now having skinny calves will be a HUGE advantage in raw comps. All those big calf guys won't be able to get on tiny knee sleeves. My calves are relatively tiny, so this is great for me.
