There is a guy that has Lamar Jackson and Dak he's holding. Dak and Lamar have the same bye, so it really does him no good outside of trade bait. This is a 6pt passing TD league too, so QBs are going to be overblown and he's probably going to try to shaft me for Dak.
Practically everyone in this league is holding 2 QBs. They all drafted 2. Available in FA is Allen, Garopollo, Cousins, Dalton, Brissett, Carr, Stafford, and Mariota. I've sent the guy with Dak a message just to gauge interest, but I still think I want to target Allen. He could be all over and throw a bunch of picks but at least he has rushing upside which seems to be completely gone with Cam.
I'm not going to flat out drop Hockenson. If him and Waller blow up this week I'd like to use one of them as trade bait myself for something. Plus I spent a decent amount of FAAB on Hock. I hate just flat out dropping players but QB is going to be a major issue and it's now fuked me 2 weeks in a row. Cam has a combined 17.5 pts in 2 games.Bears/Bulls/Blackhawks

Dang, nothing obvious. He has 2 weaknesses, RB depth, and no WR1. Knowing that I'd probably offer Cam and Sanders (or even Singletary) for Dak (make sure you point out that Dak and Lamar have the same bye in case he is unaware). Maybe he would want Hill since he isn't doing you any good right now. Hill and Cam for Dak whichever of his WR's you like might also work.

Meh...I edited but you must have already been in the middle of your response. I'd rather just trade Hock straight up for Dak and not have to give up a RB along with it or Hill especially. Also, he's going to view Godwin as his WR1. The guy is on pace for those type of numbers anyway.

I'm a big Cowboys fan. I watched the game and the little things are what I really took notice of. His confidence appears to be much higher, he isn't holding on to the ball to long, which he was notorious for, no antsy feet in the pocket, and the touch on his deep balls is night and day different. He really got coached up this offseason, and like you said he has a lot of factors in his favor to have a career year.

I have been texting him and he came straight out and asked about Hock. I didn't offer. People in this league like to hold 2 QBs and 2 TEs. He doesn't want Reed I'm guessing. Or he may have another trade target in mind, like the person who has OJ Howard. Trade Hock after for some WR or something. I knew Hock would be a huge target in waivers so I outbid everyone to use as trade bait because I'm not a fan of holding 2 TE either. This may be my opportunity to get rid of him fast for a big upgrade at another position right now.

There isn't too many options though, considering everyone is holding 2. That's 18 QBs in this league gone outside of Cam that I already have. As I said in an earlier post the only thing on waivers is Allen, Cousins, Garoppolo, Dalton, Brissett, Carr, Mariota, and Stafford. At this point everyone in the league has an advantage over me since Cam can't score a single freaking TD. Then on top of that he's not running either so his floor is next to nothing.

Start AB with confidence this week boyos. NFL not putting him on the exempt list...at least this week.
For those saying I looked stupid yesterday mentioning how AB might not be placed on the Commissioner's Exempt List due to this being a civil lawsuit, not criminal:

At this point, NFL will not place Antonio Brown on commissioner exempt list, as there is no criminal investigation, making him eligible to play Sunday vs. Miami, per sources. NFL has opened its investigation, which will include interviews with Antonio Brown and his accuser.Last edited by Tyler2106; 09-13-2019 at 08:11 AM.

Well, you are still stupid because the debate was about whether he could use the list without criminal charges, and clearly he could have. There is still no requirement that there be criminal charges to use the list, as evidenced by the very fact that he was even able to consider it without charges against AB regardless of whether he chose to use it or not in the end.
Just Goodell doing his job as Kraft's personal fixer...

Well, be sure to comment on Adam Schefter's tweet calling him stupid for mentioning that because there isn't a criminal investigation, he won't go on the list.
Also, LMFAO at thinking Goodell likes the Patriots and will do whatever they say when in reality he hates them.New England Patriot

Not in a 3 WR league. There really isn't a player he can drop that people won't bid for them come next week.
Singletary is the guy to own in Buffalo. Sanders is clearly the best RB in Philly. Sutton had a great first week and should continue to have success. Hockenson is a must roster player. McLaurin is iffy for me right now. Could see him being a boom bust player especially with a rookie QB. That never pans out well. Can't drop Tyreek.
Honestly, I'd take my chances with having to spend a little more for Allen next week then possibly losing those players listed above.New England Patriot

What about Kareem Hunt? He was never arrested, never charged, never even had a civil action against him, but he was put on the commissioner's exempt list anyway when the video surfaced.
And LMAO at thinking Goodell hates the Patriots. You do know that it was Kraft who personally nominated Goodell for commissioner, right? And that Goodell regularly attended the Patriots team celebrations? And that Goodell personally destroyed the spygate evidence? And that Goodell personally turned the deflategate investigation into a two year long farce including a federal court case to suspend one player for 4 games? And Goodell who handed down only a slap on the wrist for every major cheating scandal that the team was caught in? He's doing what he was put there to do - cover up for the Kraft & Belichik's program of systematic cheating - and he's done an exemplary job of it. I think it's likely that it was Goodell who alerted Brady to smash his phone like Hillary Clinton when there was a danger it could get subpoena'd.
The only thing in modern sports even comparable to the scale of the fraud the Patriots "dynasty" has engaged in is Lance Armstrong. When he was caught in the cheating scandal, every one of his victories was vacated and he was banned for life from cycling. Once the Patriots were exposed as repeated serial cheaters, the same thing should have happened to them - all of their titles vacated, Belichik banned from the league for life, and Kraft's franchise license revoked, but it didn't because they control the commissioner's office.
