Yeah, that bothers me too. WF v2 was the best pre workout avaliable in my opinion. I hope the removal of these two ingredients won't affect its power.

Well it was kinda secret since it was held ITT/section lol, checked first here so didn't know it was announced elsewhere.

If I'm seeing it right, there is more L-Carnitine than in the old White Flood (it is now listed first in the blend). Can a rep confirm this? I know you can't disclose the exact amount. But could you give us a rough idea? A few hundred mgs? May be close to a gr? That'd make it such a better stack to PW and GM!

we wouldnt have updated it unless it was to make it more effective, and now it will be MUCH more effective. there were a few issues with gaba. its a great ingredient, but we found an ever better blend.

Someone on the L-Carnitine amount? A rough estimate would be fine. Something close to a gram and that'd be it! That was really the only thing missing from the WF + GM + PW stack!

Who's idea was it to put what was essentially a very mild sedative into what is essentially supposed to be a stimulant product? Didn't anybody ever hear that you should mix a down with an upper? LoL.

Personally, I don't think there was enough GABA in it to put me to sleep like sleep aids do, but I would think that it would have kind of negated some of the effects of the caffeine in there.

GABA was there to "smooth" out the energy, most likely.
