Wife had the diverticulitis, seems like it just went away on it's own, forget how she treated it.

What's for lunch DSC? Hopefully someone has a better lunch than my turkey sammich and vegetable beef soup.

Lots of times change in diet helps it go away and not flare up as often.

Grilled chicken salad on the menu for me today.

I don't think hot foods cause it, I love spicy food...I think it's mainly from seeds and nuts and stuff that can get lodged

the treatment for it is antibiotics...I'm taking flagyl and cipro

Got a pound of London Broil sitting in some Marinade - grilling it tonight and making some giant ass steak salads on lettuce with chopped up yellow and red bell peppers

If you paired activities to drinks like you pair wines to food, there's not much that pairs better with cold beer than yardwork.

It's like the adult version of green eggs and ham. Depends on your boss, that 4th one could make the review more laid back.

Morning and TGIF Dirties!! Going to be a good day! Beautiful day here. Positive attitude. Weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend and planning on hanging out by the pool with friends. Got on scale this morning and down 12lbs in 6 weeks. Cruise ready!!!!!

My boss took us out for drinks about 2 weeks ago after work. Got ill that we were taking so long to leave the office. She was over at the bar across the street patiently waiting.

Morning workout didn't happen, wife had to head to work early. Need to make it up tomorrow - it's deadliftin' time, the road to 4 plates starts here!

Easter weekend is an absolute meat grinder, but it's the unofficial end of tourist season for us Florida hotels. Almost out of the busy season, can't wait.

Happy Friday to you Monday-Friday folks, drink an extra beer for me tomorrow.
