12, the idea behind that is that you get rewarded 10x times for you fast during ramdan&shawall so 30 days of ramadan + 6 days of shawwal = 36(times 10 = 360 = like you fasted a whole year)
but if you didnt fast six days of ramadan it would come down to a total of 30, and anyways you're obligated to re-fast the days you missed but it's not fard to fast in shawwal...

That's not a school of thought difference. The prohibition of drinking alcohol in the Qur'an came in stages. It used to be permissible, then disliked, then completely forbidden.
In this case, we're discussing whether it's permissible to have synthetic alcohol on your body during prayer.

Let's look at what the Qur'an actually says:
Now let man but think from what he is created!
He is created from a drop emitted-
Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs: (Qur'an 86:5-7)
There is a very plain word for sperm in the Arabic language, but it is specifically not used in these verses. Why?
Actually God consistently says that man is created from a sperm drop, using the word nutfah. However, in the verse you quoted, a different term is used, "Ma'in dafeq" which means "gushing fluid", and the verse describes the location of the prostrate, where much of the ejaculate comes from. The verse isn't stating that sperm comes from the prostate, because the term for sperm wasn't used in this case, but rather, "gushing fluid", which is the purpose of the prostrate.
The main constituent of spermatic fluid originates from the prostate gland, it is this fluid which carries the spermatazoa, which in turn fertilizes the female ovuum.
The prostate is located between the viscera and the spine, being behind the bladder and in front of the base of the spine. The word for "viscera" here in Arabic is "Al Taraaib", which basically means internal organs or intestines etc. In the version wich states "ribs", the translator (Yusuf Ali) was trying to get the idea of the internal organs between the ribs and spine across.
The verse can also be applied to a woman.
The words for "ejected liquid." These words in Arabic are "Maain Daafiq", which can mean a small amount of something or a drop emitted. When taken to mean drop emitted, this can mean an ovuum which is produced in the ovaries, which just happens also to be located between the viscera and spine, in a woman. The verses could also be describing the passage of spermatic fluid as it makes it journey up the follopian tube to finally fertilize a female ovuum -
The verse is using a plural when describing these events. The word "Yukhruju" meaning emitting or originating from is definitely a plural - which lends weight to he argument that these verse can be or should be applied to boh male and female.
So the Quran here is stating that people are created from a liquid or small substance which is issued from between the viscera and spine.*** There is no one free of all need, of whom all else are in absolute need, but God ***

1) They can fast 6 days and that fulfills making up the missed fasts and also fasting the 6 days of shawwal. It's always better to fast more:

2) A person who actually has homosexual sex is a flagrant sinner. They should be advised about their major sin then avoided.
3) Yes
4) We don't really know how the devil looks
5) It depends. If Muslims commit crimes, it's a Muslim's responsibility to fight and stop them. If they are fighting for invalid reasons, then it's a huge sin, especially when it leads to death.

Topic of steroids, are they all forbidden?
A friend said just because it is a stimulant it is Haram, which doesn't make sense since a lot of things are stimulant like caffeine etc.
If it is Halal what is the reason and vice versa. It is impossible to lay hands on that which is not predestined for us, and that which is predestined for us will reach us wherever we are.

It's not whether something is a stimulant or not (nothing says stimulants are haram). It's whether something is harmful or not. When something isn't necessarily harmful, but can be if taken incorrectly or in large quantities, then you just have to administer it carefully.

1) People say Taliban and Bin Laden dont even exist, its just all a lie to fool the people, its real the government involved. While some say they do exist, but these groups are working for the governments and they funded by them etc. Whats your view? which do you take or if non.
2) Can and Jew or a Christian of today's beliefs stop a Devil from eating there food if they say Bis-Millah? Well in English they would 'In the name of God'
a) I thought Devils eat there own foods flesh of a bone of some sort, why they want to eat human food?
3) Whats that thing called where you count your dhikr? Its basically silver, you place it in your hand and it clicks everytime you read a dhikr and it keeps track on it with numbers. Looking for the name, just cant locate it.

Salamou Alakoum
What exactly do we mean when someone is labeled "Sufi"?
For example 2 of the Sheikhs on Masud.co.uk Shaikh Nuh Ha Mim Keller, Abdal-Hakim Murad are sufi.
Hamza Yusef is just another story, some odd things he has said. So im wondering between Hamza yusef and the above 2 mentioned. It is impossible to lay hands on that which is not predestined for us, and that which is predestined for us will reach us wherever we are.

Unfortunately, it's one of those labels that anyone uses to mean a wide variety of things. So it's important that we ask what someone means when they use that term, and what kinds of beliefs and actions that entails.

1) It would be tough to argue they don't exist. Whether they do everything they are accused of doing is certainly debatable.
2) It's possible, but this is weighed against the fact that devils hang around places of frequent sins, so you can imagine the scenario where someone commits many sins but also says "in the name of God". What's the real effect?
a) Maybe they can eat more than one type of food
3) It's a hand-held counter

Any thing i can do? Please make dua for my anger to go away, i really feel like injuring him. Wasalam.

Salaam.
1) How do the Jinns actually eat our food if we dont mention Gods name? I mean we are still eating our food, its not going away on a plate we have ate it all, how do they get a piece of the persons food? Just got me thinking today.
2) Are debt companies haraam? Basically where you ring them up and you pay them a fee every month to stop having to pay creditors that are after them for them debts, the debt company helps stop your interests charges or stops the payments completely from the creditors as long as you pay a fee every month to the debt company that the person rang, whats the view on this? If you could look at this site, this is the company that wants to have a chat with me, the pay is awesome but again deen more awesome. Got an talk with em tomorrow. Look and sound haraam this company?
http://www.moneymadesimple.uk.com/
3) How did the prophet (pbuh) keep his teeth so white? There was no toothpaste I assume back then, there were miswaaks but they only tend to clean the top teeth more than anything, how about getting all the parts of the teeth from the enamel etc, the brush tends to do that well.
4) What pets are permitted in Islam? Rabbits, Hamsters, snakes, are these permitted?
5) I have not ate MC Donalds in years, long as I can remember. Recently been craving some of there fries and shake. Is it haraam to buy things from these companies who I hear are against Islam? People say we should stay away from these Israel owned companies as they use the money for haraam purposes and usually even worse against the Muslims, whats the take on this?
Salaam.

1) There's a lot of events that go on in the unseen world. The same way they eat flesh off bone. Nobody can tell you about the details as religious texts don't go into them, mostly because knowing the details doesn't help you raise your rank in Paradise.
2) I'm not sure. It's good that they help people dealing with debt, but they can do that in a variety of ways such as forfeiting some of the debt and arranging to pay off a specific amount.
3) A good miswak has brush fibers, but I'm not sure the Prophet's (pbuh) teeth were white. If anything, it would be through the blessing of using miswak.
4) All I can say is dogs aren't allowed. As for other animals, the general idea is that you could keep your house clean from their filth and raise them properly.

1) There's nothing wrong with debt management if it means cancelling debt or paying less interest, but it really depends on the details of how they do that. Sometimes all they do is re-negotiate the debt so you pay a different interest rate over a longer period of time. You have to study the details then you can make a more thorough assessment.
2) As for McDonalds, the real problem is that apart from the fish burger, the meat isn't halal and the fries are fried in the same oil as the non halal meat.
