As the world gets more and more out of shape with all the modern conveniences in diet etc, it seems like he has taken the hard work ethics towards looking and being healthy from a past generation (Park, Reeves, Schwarzenegger, Zane) and found a way to communicate them to the young people of his day via internet, youtube, forums, etc. Respect for that. Never nice to lose a loved one but at least his family can look back on his life with pride.

it is a shame, people do have to realize he legit had a heart condition, people are out there doing far worse then zyzz and still alive. chris cormier and craig titus ifbb pro's once said the night before a contest they felt they were holding some water so they went out on rec drugs, coke etc to drop some water and clubbed all night and it worked. these guys are on multiple g's of hormones, dnp, clen, diuretics and are still alive besides titus in jail
