i dont either, just something to aim for to me. However casey butt, they guy that came up with the calculator did something like 10 years of research on nattys pros to put this data together so i dont think it can jus be disregarded as easily as that, considering in all cases i've seen its been damn near spot on.
Also its the best way of getting some idea of my BF without using Calipers/ getting it proffesionally done.

good, classes are about to end for the semester which im pumped for. been workin alot, but thats aight cuz im always to busy to go spend my money lol. good motivation in the gym all lifts are going up except my damn squat lol. hbu

sweet!
yh doing pretty good. finish for xmas next week, just gotta do some revision for exams. Then the dreaded 6 hour drive home FTL! Gym beens going not too bad considering everything. major weight loss and a ****ty diet. been living off 2000 cals and 100 grams of protein daily lol. amazingly its seems to work, kinda.

Did some overhead pressing today for first time in 4 months!
Standing OHP:
bar x ?
30 x5
40x3 (3 sets)
20x20
Shallow Decline Flyes:
2.5 x 70 over 3 sets
OHP felt good, only gona do it while im at home for 3 weeks. just to keep my pressing strength up. will do some front squats later in the week. might do some pullups tomorrow. started training my brother today, he's only 12 but we jus started with a broom stick and focused on technique.
