    in olympic shoes

    chinups

    +70x8
    then dips and rows

    all moved fast.

    hurt my back really badly, took a few months of just doing machines twice a week. other **** happened and i just had no motivation or energy.
    also gained 15 pounds
    gona bust some PRs soon
