555 miss. I got it up to my knees then it started to go down, very frustrated. The 525 felt easy and went up fast so I thought this would be no problem. I am down 15lbs bodyweight from the last meet so I have to take that into account.

Update: I am down to 202 lbs. I was 218 when I started right after the last meet on 11/3/13 so I am down 16lbs. so far.

Supps wise I've been incorporating a carb/protein drink intra/post workout. I was taking a break from creatine until now, I was doing Ultra Iso Whey and Carb Max/Carbo Plus but now I am getting back on creatine so it will be Torrent. The amount will vary based on the workout that day. For squats and deads I take in more carbs than on bench day.

Well my shoulder did not hurt during dealifting, that is the good news, the bad well it's much worse today. External rotation hurts without any weight. Going to see my chiro tonight to assess the situation.
