555 miss. I got it up to my knees then it started to go down, very frustrated. The 525 felt easy and went up fast so I thought this would be no problem. I am down 15lbs bodyweight from the last meet so I have to take that into account.

Squats at Skiba's yesterday
I got humbled by the safety squat bar, we did box squats with them, I went below parallel:

The goal was to get 5 sets of 5 reps which I missed on the last 2 sets but I got the volume in
Lying rear lateral raises facing incline bench:

Tricep band pressdowns:

Update: I am down to 202 lbs. I was 218 when I started right after the last meet on 11/3/13 so I am down 16lbs. so far.
Supps wise I've been incorporating a carb/protein drink intra/post workout. I was taking a break from creatine until now, I was doing Ultra Iso Whey and Carb Max/Carbo Plus but now I am getting back on creatine so it will be Torrent. The amount will vary based on the workout that day. For squats and deads I take in more carbs than on bench day.Free Agent

I really jacked my shoulder up on Friday, when I started warming up for squats it was very painful on my rotator cuff, I couldn't use the regular bar so I squatted with the safety squat bar:
