I'm actually going to take 1 week off before my doctor's appointment so I wanted to get my 2x/bodypart in even if it meant cramming it all on the same day. I really want to see if the weights are the single cause of the liver enzymes being up. So, we'll see if I actually train anything later, i'll probably just do some calfs/abs and a little cardio. I'm pretty damn sore.

Lol isn't it crazy how avid gym-goers like us are addicted to the feeling of having hundreds of lbs on your back or in your arms? To any normal person we would sound crazy - to an avid gym goer we sound dedicated.
I got a deload coming up next week and I'm usually going crazy out of my mind with that, so I can just imagine how you must be feeling. In the end its just more energy to smash the weights with in the gym.My log

Tomorrow afternoon I am BACK in the gym. Got a blood test tomorrow for my liver again and I am hoping it's normal. If not, more tests to come. But the gastro doc today said it's unlikely to be anything serious. Either way, back tomorrow for a high-volume day!!
Truth.
I take more than 2 days off and mentally I get the feeling im going to deflate or something. It's like an addiction ;o)"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Gained 2 pounds last week.
Off to a decent start.
Also, new 24 hour fitness Super Sport opened up yesterday and has 3 squat stations/power racks and a ton more goodies.
Finally can do proper leg workouts."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

going through the exact same thing as you, currently at my low point (138 lbs) and ready to take charge and bulk. The only problem is my stomach is always giving me problems (GI distress and killing my appetite). I'm trying to find ways to make my digestion better and I noticed you take digestive enzymes. Which kinds do you take, and do you recommend them?
Thanks,
Matt

Just found a horrifying picture of myself from when I was about 125lbs in senior year of HS... man this is scary. Obviously photoshopped as a joke and adding shadows under the eyes and around the jaw... but man... i look sick.
Amazing to see how far i've come...
Seeing that seriously makes me want to go eat a ton of food. I should start looking at those more often.
Must get bigger
