In the theme of depressing Christmas stuff-

Don't read unless ready for heavy feels.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

^I still don't understand why companies do this. Thing is, I get they're illegal. And I know that they're trying to get the uninitiated to buy their products. But wouldn't it just make sense to have honest policies, and let people decide for themselves whether or not they need something...? You know, as opposed to "creating" a false need? I mean, people will spend money for a year or two but then find out the truth. And then they'll never buy from that company again.
Doesn't make sense to me. The whole industry is up on it's head in a lot of ways. I have well more than a dozen ways to revitalize that industry without lying to clients. Damn.
I didn't want to fight back tears today.

@MRPB: awesome. in the before picture he clearly was already trained...i'm therefore expecting that i can do HIIT 14x/week and gain about 100 pounds of lean muscle in the next 2 years, can you confirm?
will try to think of something good. he just moved into a house a block away, so there's some home stuff we're going to try and get him.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House
