8/30 Finally Legs...I felt like I was going to throw up...
After doing 5 sets of squats and 3 sets of fronts, it's taxing. After that I did some Leg Curls and Leg Extensions. Exhausted, I decided to push calves to another day (e.g. shoulders or chest). Despite going lower in weight on my squats and front..slightly..I still felt it was a great workout. Beads of sweat were running down my head.
- Squats 135x10 225x8 315x4 315x4 295x5 (am i getting weak?)
- Front Squats 195x5 195x4 195x4
- Leg Curls 280x9 (MAX) 280x7 (MAX)
- Leg Extensions 240x7 250x6

Here's a tip: Don't go with lazy ass partners. GhostFaceKillah knows who im talking about...and I had to abridge my workout for him due to his whining. I still got a good bit of tris and bis in, but next time I will either tell my boy to cowboy the **** up or go hizzome

9/2 Back
I had to skip the shoulder workout yesterday to finish up some math work so here's the plan:
-I did back today
-I I will do chest/shoulders tommorrow (some makeshift hybrid workout)
Back day is always my favorite day. So many motivational lifts and it is one of my strongest points on my body. Today I met a very cute girl named Beth and explained to her why NOT to use the smith machine with squats as i saw her doing them with it. So I 'spotted' her on a real squat within a squat rack and I went down with her Anyways..
- Deadlifts 135x12 225x10 325x6 335x5 335x6
- Barbell Bent Over Row 175x5 175x6 175x5
- Got bored waiting for cable rows... 15 pullups
- Seated Cable Row 190x6 190x5 190x6
- Bored again...10 pullups
- Lat Pulldown 180x7 180x6

9/3 Shoulders/Chest
I missed those two workouts during the middle of the week, so I decided to do them together, since they work similar muscles. 14 sets. After the clean and presses, incline dumbell press, and dips, my flat barbell press was horrible due to my exhaustion. Considering the amout of time I put into this, this was a good workout. Oh and after that I went to a pre labor day bbq since we dont have monday off.
- Clean and Press 85x8 115x6 135x4 135x4
- Incline Dumbell Press 55x8 70x6 70x5 70x4
- Dips 50x9 50x6 50x6
- Flat Barbell Press 185x4 165x5 155x5
