You really gonna say this and pretend like its true. His first year? I know ESPN.com and NFL.com says 13 for games played but thats not games started. The 49ers used him in games a few plays thats why it says 13. His first start was week 11. This means he started 7 games, then 3 more in the playoffs. Also the year before that he didn't have a start he was Alex's backup so not sure where these made-up 19 games are from. If you meant last year, that was his first career season starting at QB. He played 19 games then. So like I said A SEASON AND A HALF. But keep posting your points are full of truth. Tell me more about a QB I know you don't watch.

i got 19 because playoffs.
and then another 7(+3 playoff games) in his first season.
he's played 5 this season.
grand total of 34.
a bit over 2 seasons worth of games.
yes i'm going to count playoff games because a lot of rookie qb's dont get playoff games due to the fact that if a rookie qb is starting something mustve gone pretty fukking wrong.
and very rarely are rookie qb's ona team as loaded as the 49ers that get 3 playoffgamesSniff hard as fuk when guys pass by to smell their balls crew
Don't know how to hold arms when walking crew
Has to use a soundboard to order pizza crew
Order pizza and lower money from second floor in bucket crew
Bodybuilders against lifting crew

Aww, the classic "you don't watch the games so you have no idea" argument. Great fuking way to argue, you're really driving your point across here, bud. Your logic is nearly bulletproof.
We obviously haven't watched Kaep play.
We obviously haven't witnessed all those 300 yard games Kaep has put up.
And we certainly didn't watch Kaep play like absolute dog chit against the Bears (think Bottom 5 defense) a few weeks ago AT HOME.
Lol

Strong analogy...Russell was out of the league in like 2 seasons and was drafted by the Raiders.
Smith and Kaepernick are current starters with major success.
Just because you have the super manlet running your team and are happy with him doesn't make your comment any less retarded.
But I guess some ******* named Swept online is a better judge of QB talent.

Your troll job is so tired and just makes you look pathetic.
You came in this thread making claims that Kap has mental holes in his game which are huge. When asked about them you threw out chit regurgitated last year which is no longer accurate or related to the scheme/philosophy of the team which you keep laughing at.
At the same time you bash Kap for one bad game vs Chicago...apparently he's the only QB to ever have a bad game at home. Then you laugh at the fact that one of those was to Conte as if the guy didn't make a great play.
You haven't said a damn thing taking seriously here. Kap sucks from one game while Bridgewater is GOAT after one game.
Your logic meant Kap was in the HOF after week 1 last year.
Brb someone doesn't throw for 300 yards all the time = not franchise QB.
Check Colin's YPA. If he threw as much as other guys he'd get you your 300 yard games.
I'm sure he's up at night knowing juiceman would take Alex Smith over him.
I'm tempted to bump some Alex smith threads from a few years ago...we all saw how much love he was getting here. Yet here he is playing for another team with an NFL caliber offensive scheme and he starts putting up numbers that meet the juicemans standards apparently...

He's still more successful than you
How much pro bowls or all-pros have Smith and Kaep made? their teams have had success, their just along for the ride
I'm not even a Seahawks fan LMAO, but I can tell Wilson's success is eating you inside.
The fact that you think Smith and Kaepernick are anything but average QB's shows me how much you know about football in general. Let me not even bring stats into this cause I'm going to make you look like an even bigger retard

So which team is it you root for?
First of all I never stated that Kap is an elite QB. Right now I don't think he's top 10 and has some things he needs to improve on.
However saying they're not franchise qbs is retarded.
Looking blindly at stats and number of pro bowls for a QB is idiotic. So much goes into what a QB does and it varies from team to team. You expect a QB whose team throws the ball in the bottom two of the league to put up huge stats?
Funny thing is everyone bashing Kap and using stats to do it while Russell Wilson put up very similar numbers last year and has a much better offensive coordinator and never had an offense which relied on just one legit passing threat the way Kap did last year with Crabtree out and Vernon Davis hurt in his worst games of the year.
I have no problem with people saying Kap isn't an elite QB and he needs to work on things...he does. My issue is with people like you and others in here who use potato reasons as why he sucks and can't look beyond stats.

Don't be lazy and put quotes around my stuff...it's a pain in the ass responding to a quote via phone.
I'll cover the big stuff.
0/5 for 300 yard games...who cares? Bridgewater got 300 vs Atlanta. Someone get his HOF bust ready.
Kap put up 300 in the SB and lost the game. Who gives a ****? Gotta love how 300 yard games now indicate who can play QB in the NFL.
go back and check how many 300 yard games Alex had under Greg Roman...hint wasn't many.
49ers run the ball. When they need Colin to throw a lot he's done well unless they're in situations where everyone knows they have to pass. A situation no QB does well in. And while maybe his YPA doesn't stay the same Colin's strength is the long ball. When he gets into a rhythm he plays well. If you look at the niners offense very rarely do they get guys open via scheme. Colin has to make a lot of pin point throws. Those are low % throws for any QB. Unlike what Seattle does with Wilson the 49ers don't let him just play street ball. Compare the two guys when plays break down.
Wilson goes out there and makes crazy plays. Colin tries to extend the play that was called. Very rarely do niner receivers actually break from their routes to try to get open down the field. There is a glaring difference in how the two teams use QBs with similar skill sets.
Yes Kap isn't as far advanced mentally but he's working on things and improving. The one read stuff is gone. He's gone through his progressions very well this season...when he had time which hasn't been as much. So yeah if he had more attempts he would definitely get a lot more yards. To think otherwise is just ignorant. Check last season opener. They threw the ball all game and he put up huge numbers. He did great vs Arizona before they went away trying to run out the clock and then killed their drives with stupid penalties.
And for the play clock stuff. Once again, it is a coaching issue. It was that way with Alex and it's that way with Colin. You call plays late and want to wait til last minute to see the defense tip their call with your formation shifts and chit and you will pay the price.
Niners have led the league in delay of game penalties since Harbaugh took over. Pinning it on Kaepernick is just ignorant. He has no issues when they play with a sense of urgency. Wonder why?
You laugh at the idea that Roman holds Kap back but if you take off the hater shades you'd see how much the way they run that offense holds Kaepernick back. If anything the guy is too loyal and busy into the system too much. If the coaches let him be more free a lot more big plays would come as a result.
